Transportation Service Terms and Conditions
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the transportation services provided by our Company.
By using our services, the Client accepts the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
2. RESERVATION
Reservations can be made via the website flytransfer24.pl, by phone at +48 667 662 159, or through the WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram apps.
It is recommended to make reservations in advance to ensure service availability.
3. TRANSFER RULES
The Client is required to be present at the agreed location no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Airports are an exception. In case of Client delay, we reserve the right to cancel the transfer.
We continuously monitor flight arrivals and departures. The waiting time for the Client without extra charges is 1 hour.
The Client is obligated to provide accurate data for the reservation.
4. LIABILITY
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control, such as traffic jams, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or its surroundings by themselves or their passengers.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Service prices are agreed upon before execution and may vary depending on route changes and travel time.
Payments can be made in cash or by card.
6. COMPLAINTS
Any complaints should be reported immediately after the completion of the service.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Terms and Conditions may be amended, with clients being informed on the website.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
